What exactly is a 'board'?
A clipboard or packet carrying 3–5 ballot initiatives at the same time. One signer can advance multiple causes in a single 30-second conversation.
Do I need political experience to gather?
No. We train every gatherer on the issues, the pitch, and the law. What matters is conviction and consistency.
How does pay work, really?
$5–$10 per valid signature, plus board pay. Most contracts settle at 75–80% validity — if you hit it, you're paid for 100%. Coordinators earn overrides on top.
Are you only working conservative initiatives?
Our internal teams focus on conservative-leaning issues. We may still partner with firms running both sides — but our missionaries fight for ours.
